The acquisition price amounted to €28.6 million and was funded by a combination of bank debt to “THE GRID SA” from Piraeus Bank and equity.

Belterra purchased on 6.12.2021 the number of 299.855 shares of the Company, with acquisition price € 26 per share.

The Company’s financial results include the €306million positive impact, already realized in first half of 2021, from the revaluation, by an independent valuer, of the value of the Investment Property held by HELLINIKON S.A.

Dividend payment will commence on Monday, 20th December, 2021.
