The Presidential Decrees that will clarify the status of building permits affected by the annulment of the development incentives are now heading to the Council of State (StE) for review.

The pedestrianization will take place on Sunday, May 25th, as a pilot initiative led by the Central Municipality.

The building within the Arsakeio complex spans a total area of 8,032.03 square meters and stands as one of the most significant examples of 19th-century public architecture in Greece.

In a unique spot, on the seafront next to Tourism Marina Zeas, Wyndham Residences Piraeus Marina Zeas will feature 72 suites.

The project has a budget of over 12,000,000 euros.
