The project is budgeted at €861,566.13 plus VAT and will be partly financed by the Green Fund.

The office tower, with an estimated height in excess of 100m, is intended to constitute a landmark building in the said area as well as within the broader Ellinikon project.

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and from national resources.

The selected contractor will be announced within February 2022.

For listed assets the maximum amount of subsidy is set at €7,200 per property.
