The former five-star hotel has been successfully repositioned into a high-end office, retail and F&B destination.

The hotel will be located within the former Fine Arts Theatre, in the Amara district of the city.

ECE will continue to be responsible for the management of the center.

The project budget is estimated at € 250 million.

The office will initially host up to 200 of Patrizia’s London-based employees, including its new Patrizia Infrastructure business.

Mäander is located in an established innovation cluster near Munich.

The project will be built on land that is currently vacant covering c.45,000 square meters.

Phāea Resorts will offer sales, marketing and revenue management services to the company.
