The project concerns the Central Stadium and the Velodrome.

The design has been entrusted to Grimshaw Architects, while Hill International will oversee the Project Management Office (PMO).

A topical question was raised in Parliament regarding the "safety issues in the construction of the tunnel for Metro Line 4."

The project is funded by the Regional Program "Attica" 2021 - 2027, with a total budget of €15,948,800.

The developer has signed the lease agreement for the property, which previously housed services of the OAED (Greek Manpower Employment Organization).
