The complex spans over an area of 31,687 sq.m. and features 15 buildings, most of which have been designated as monuments.
THE GRID office complex will be built on a plot of land of 16,100 sq.m. at the junction of Heimarra and Amarousiou-Chalandriou streets and will cover a total area of 61,500 sq.m.

The concession period is 35 years, of which up to five (5) years (up to 60 months) is the design-construction period.
