Emphasis on the introduction of new technologies and techniques in the construction sector using digital supply chain management.

The Metropolitan Park element is billed as one of the largest coastal parks in the world.

In the "Antonis Tritsis" program will be comprised the regeneration of the Panagitsa stream and the Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan of the area.

The park will offer functional space for gathering and recreation in Ionnina city, Northern Greece.

The project is funded by the Region of Attica.

The project is budgeted at €861,566.13 plus VAT and will be partly financed by the Green Fund.

The aim is to turn the historic building into a standard bioclimatic office and commercial building.
