Τhe Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, Costas Karamanlis, has informed the Business and Industrial Chamber of Piraeus that a long-term negotiation with the General Directorate of Competition (DG Comp) of the EU Commission regarding the "Thriasio I" project, had been successfully concluded.

The portfolio comprises a total of 149 properties.

The plot borders Seagull' warehouses and spans 16.000sqm.

The price for the acquisition of 80% of the company's shares amounted to € 23,6 million.

The total reduction on Group's revenues of 2020 from rents due to the Covid-19 pandemic amounted to € 954.000.

The new warehouse of 9,000 sq.m. in Magoula, Attica, will be in operation from January 1, 2021.

Pangaea recently proceeded with the signing of a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of three warehouses under development with modern specific actions in Aspropyrgos, Attica.

BriQ Properties acquired the property at a total price of € 625,000.

The property is fully let to Seagull Diametaforiki Emporiki SA.
