Trastor REIC on Wednesday announced the acquisition of a commercial property in downtown Athens for 6.0 million euros.

The valuation by Company’s chartered surveyors is 850.000€.

Mr. Georgios Chryssikos shall hold 70% of the shares of the Related Party and shall be an executive member of the board of directors of the Related Party.

CTDC is the owner of Hilton Cyprus hotel, the only 5 star hotel in Nicosia, Cyprus, with a capacity of approximately 300 rooms.

The property is fully let to Plaisio Computers, a Greek electronic equipment retail chain, for 12 more months onward.

In an announcement, Invel said its investment in Pangaea exceeds €1 billion.

The property was purchased during May 2018.

The building is located at the junction of 115-117 Vouliagmenis Avenue & Ilia Iliou Street, in Athens.
