Noval Property was formed as a Real Estate Investment Company (REIC) on 15th October 2019.

The REIC offered the amount of €17,100,000 and was announced the preferred bidder.

The property is a 3* hotel and consists of 79rooms withtotal surfaceof 3,888sqm.

Trastor said its asset portrfolio included 58 commercial property assets with a fair value of 200.71 million euros.

The Ordinary General Meeting of the Company's shareholders, convened on 13th April 2020.

The property is a modern office building with total surface area of 3,716 sq.m.

As of 31.12.2019 the Group owned 34 properties.

Trastor said the two bond loans are secured and are worth 21 million and 30 million, respectively.
