The Greek government now has plans for the foundation of a national council to coordinate all the relevant actions and initiatives by various services and ministries.

Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2024.

The project budget is estimated at € 250 million.

The project will be built on land that is currently vacant covering c.45,000 square meters.

First prices have been set at 264,000 euros, 272,000 euros and 290,000 euros, ie the total starting price is set at 826,000 euros.

Both the companies have formed a separate company named Elevate Homes Private Limited.
