The company has a plot of 18,730 sqm. in Neos Faliro with a permit for the construction of a building complex of 57,450 sqm.

The property was acquired in September 2018 for €965.000.

The proceeding entity was Poseidon Financial Investor DAC (Fortress Investment Group) .
