Radisson Collection Hotel, Berlin has completed an extensive twelve-month renovation

The new vehicle’s value-add and development strategy will focus on industrial assets in and close to major metropolitan areas, including “last mile” logistics.

The three assets are in different phases of construction.

The vendor was a private investor.

BIERCO REAL ESTATE SOCIETE ANONYME and OWNER ZEKAKOU 18 SOLE SHAREHOLDER PRIVATE CAPITAL COMPANY.

Ikos Odisia of Ikos Resorts is an investment of 125 million euros and is expected to operate in the 2023 season.

Construction work is scheduled to start during the second quarter of 2022.
