The Ministry of Environment and Energy has issued two ministerial decisions related to the heights of buildings.

The increase in property values in some areas in the Southern Suburbs exceeds 80%, while the Municipality of Athens reports an increase of up to 95%.

The requests sum up to a total of 25.3 billion euros due from which 19.5 billion are at an initial stage.

The Ministry of the Environment submitted in parliament a legislative regulation -comprised in a Ministry's of Health bill-.

Declarations until July 31, 2023 are not subjected to penalties.
