The Special Town Planning Plan was also approved in the decree.

The renovation program is worth €36 million and will create at least 150 new jobs.

People eligible for the program are mainly young people and young couples aged 25 to 39. The total number of loans that will be given is 5,000 and the potential beneficiaries 10,000.
